Former Mayor

Dr Teo Ho Pin
Dr Teo Ho Pin has over 30years of experience in Township Management in Singapore and has held various key positions in both the public and private sectors of the real estate and construction industries. At present, he holds Independent Directorship positions in four publicly-listed firms, namely: Tiong Seng Holdings Limited, ISOTeam Limited, King Wan Corporation Limited and Broadway Industrial Group Limited. He is also a Senior Advisor to Surbana Jurong Private Limited (Managed Services Division), an Adjunct Professor with the Department of the Built Environment at the National University of Singapore (NUS), and a Visiting Professor to the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Dr Teo also serves as the President of the Building and Estate Management Alumni, NUS since 1999.
Prior to his present appointments, Dr Teo was the Mayor of the North West District of Singapore (2001 to 2020), and the Member of Parliament for the Bukit Panjang Constituency (1996 to 2020). He has also been a legislator for 23 years and served as the Chairman for the Government Parliamentary Committees for National Development, Environment & Water resources, Home Affairs and Law.

Alvin Lim
Alvin Lim was appointed General Manager of TK Elevator Singapore in Jan 2021. As the country head of Singapore, he is focused on developing strategic plans and accomplishing business objectives, driving the growth of the Singapore business.
Prior to joining TK Elevator Singapore, Alvin spent almost 16 years in the aviation industry and the Lift/Escalator industry. Throughout this period, Alvin had acquired extensive international operational and management experience. Most recently, Alvin was posted to Myanmar for close to 3 years to take care of the Maintenance business and New Sales Business in another Lift/Escalator company before returning to Singapore to be the General Manager of TK Elevator Singapore.
Alvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NTU (Nanyang Technological University) and a Master’s degree of Science from NUS (National University of Singapore).

CK conducts business & technology research and has shared insights at 120+ leadership forums, and prestigious international conferences. He advises senior leaders on how advanced technologies can prime enterprises for the future. He has created practical strategies, and frameworks on how the traditional operational processes can be integrated with emerging technologies for the successful acceleration for the organisations to remain relevant, scale and sustain in the future. CK has successfully led and managed multimillion USD complex system and solutions projects in various industries.
CK earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and a Master of Technological Design, Mechatronics from National University of Singapore. He lives with his family in Singapore since 2003, and travels extensively in Asia, managing different cultures & dynamics.

Stephen Ho
Stephen is SkyLab Group’s Chief Operating Officer and concurrently the Managing Director of its wholly owned subsidiary SkyLab Services. He is spearheading SkyLab’s effort in the implementation of large-scale enterprise grade and mission-critical IoT and edge computing solutions across different domains, including smart cities and strategic city management, maritime and logistics, leveraging on SkyLab’s end-to-end capabilities in optimizing the delivery of content, software and machine data globally.
He has over 20 years of experience in managing large scale international business, city planning, design and technology consultancy, strategic city management, real estate investment and development as well as project management. His other areas of expertise includes strategy, business process re-engineering, business development, management and commercialisation of intellectual properties, public speaking and organisational development. Stephen’s extensive international experience ranges from China, South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa to Latin America.
Stephen has held numerous leadership positions in large publicly listed and private organisations such as then Surbana International Consultants and Surbana Technologies, Keppel Land International, Keppel Land China Limited and Wing Tai Asia. He started his career in the Housing Development Board and Ministry of National Development of Singapore. Prior to that, Stephen was a Research Scholar at the Data Storage Institute of ASTAR.
Stephen holds a MBA (High Honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s and Honour’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Arts (Contemporary China) from the Nanyang Technological University. Stephen has received numerous scholarships and awards for academic and research excellence.
On the professional front, Stephen is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) as well as that of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society, and has held international leadership positions in both IEEE and IET. Stephen also sits on the Industry Advisory Board of Kaplan Singapore and is a Career Mentor in NUS’ Global Mentorship Program and Career Counselor with the Workforce Singapore’s Professional Conversion Program.

Christopher Lim
Mr Christopher Lim is the Co-Founder of Glee Trees Pte. Ltd. He is the “father” of Gleematic, the company’s flagship product, which is Singapore’s first home-grown Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software with Artificial Intelligence (A.I.). He has been a serial-entrepreneur for almost 15 years with experience managing overseas teams and working with global partners and distributors.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Post-graduate Diploma in Statistics & Data Mining, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing. He is keenly interested in how robots and A.I. are changing the landscape of work, and enjoying his entrepreneurial journey.

Vineet Shrivastava
Mr. Vineet Shrivastava is the Contract Manager of Bombardier Transportation for BPLRT Project. He is a Construction Delay Expert and Project Control Specialist who has worked for Consultants, Contractors and Developers in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Korea, Middle East, and Australia developing extensive project control knowledge. He has been in the Construction industry for over 25 years and during this time gained a wealth of experience on a variety of projects including Infrastructure (rail, road, and airport), industrial buildings, mixed-use developments, residential buildings, commercial office buildings, educational buildings, sports arenas, leisure, medical facilities, MRT, Oil & Gas, and power plant projects. He is on the panel of International Arbitrators at the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. He is also the Director of Singapore Institute of Building.
