With the recent spate of unfortunate workplace safety incidents, there is increasing scrutiny into the management and workplace safety protocols by companies. This has resulted even in personal liability on the part of directors, employees and other responsible persons on occasion.
This session will draw on the experiences of our speakers and panellists to drive discussion on some of the potential best practices, design safety and other measures to be considered, as well as how to respond in the event of any unfortunate occurrences.
