Jacob Wong
Jacob graduated from NUS with B.Eng (Civil) degree in 1993. He started his career as a Project Engineer Specialist in civil works and prestressed design until 1994 after which he joined Kwan Yong Construction as a Site Manager in 1995 and was promoted to Project Manager from 1996 till 2000. He was appointed as the General Manager in year 2001 and as Director of Kwan Yong Construction in 2013. Throughout his career with Kwan Yong, he has extensive experience in managing construction of educational buildings and nursing homes.
From 2013 to 2019 – Kwan Yong has won numerous recognitions and awards including two BCA Green Mark Platinum Award, six BCA CEA, BCA Productivity Award (Platinum), three WSH Council (MOM) Exemplary Awards, BCA Design and Engineering Safety Award.

Christian Surya Kencana
Mr. Kencana has 15 years of consulting and business development experience in construction industry. Throughout his career in structural engineering consulting, he has been involved in Building, Oil & Gas Plant, Underground Tunnel MRT and Bridge Projects. Mr. Kencana has attended Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore for his Master of Science (M.Sc) in Structural Engineering and is currently doing his Master Business Administration (MBA) at Northumbria University.

Mark Tung
Mark graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from National University of Singapore and subsequently a Master of Science in Computing in 1997.
He started his career with Singapore’s Construction Industry Development Board and in the last 28 years, worked in various sectors of the construction industry, including Government Authorities, Owner, Contractor, Material Supplier, Quality Management, Construction Software and Technology.
In his current designation, Mark acts as the technology consultant to customers in the precast and concrete construction sector where he advises fabricators and contractors in their implementation of BIM and Digital construction Technologies. He has managed several BIM and Precast Automation implementation projects across Southeast Asia since 2014.
Before joining Trimble, Mark led the development of Land Transport Authority’s first BIM Specification for MRT Tender and represented LTA at the National BIM Steering committee from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, as the APAC Technical Sales Manager with Autodesk, he actively promoted the adoption of model-based design in Asia Pacific.

William Low
William Low is a regional sales manager for Autodesk Construction Solutions with many years of experience in providing technology driven solutions to the industry. He has proven experience with working in the construction industry providing strategic innovations that helps companies focus on digital prioritization. William brings a wealth of experience to Autodesk Construction Cloud having worked at leading Technology organizations for the last 20 years including Facilities management, Home Automation Systems and Digital solution advocator of solutions of VR , Field and BIM methodology.
